From naming it to walking through its doors for the first time, our team got to live the full arc of The Groove™ at Lyric at RidgeGate™.

The Groove™ is the community hub at the heart of Lyric™, home to a café and restaurant, pool, and fitness and movement studios, all to become the social heartbeat of the whole neighborhood.

Before the doors open to the public, we were honored to attend an exclusive preview event alongside the partners responsible for designing, building, and marketing this one-of-a-kind space. It was the kind of moment that makes the work feel real.

And the best part? The grand opening is still ahead. On Saturday, June 6th, The Groove™ opens its doors to the community with live music, food trucks, family-friendly fun, and prize drawings. A debut this good deserves a crowd, and we have a feeling it’s going to get one.

It takes a special client relationship to go from concept to community cornerstone, and we are beyond grateful to Shea Homes and the Lyric™ team for making this collaboration one for the books.

With Rendezvous receiving fresh 🏔️❄️ snow this week, we couldn’t resist revisiting a few moments from our recent shoot last fall with Koelbel & Co. at this truly one-of-a-kind resort-home community.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rockies, Rendezvous captures a lifestyle rooted in adventure, nature, and connection including trails, skiing, and outdoor living just steps from home.

Our team had the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the environment, capturing photography and video that reflect the energy, beauty, and unique spirit of this incredible place.
