Sugar house today during a light snow fall. It’s almost ready to boil in next season. Long days starting next week in the woods and long nights in the sugar house to get things ready. Hope to be boiling on 4500 taps this year.

The original sugar house when we bought the 20 Acre Sugar Bush in 2013. It has changed a lot since then.

Finally installed the larger electric releaser in the main pump house of our 40 Acre Sugar Bush.

Finished installing a smaller stainless steel tank and electric releaser on the back side pump house off our 40 Acre Sugar Bush. Hopefully these changes have fixed our issues.
