I swear this has been one of my most used mantras this season. 🍷 As someone who wants to give/do/be as much as I possibly can for the people I love, I am learning the importance of allowing that care and concern to begin with caring for myself. I’ve learned that my ability to show up for the people I love diminishes exponentially the less I show up for myself. Remember to rest and take care of you first. 🥂 What does refilling your cup look like for you?
