We are seeking a dependable, experienced and very organized bookkeeper. Strong background with QuickBooks and Excel is required. Hours will be approximately 15 -20 (plus or minus) hours per week.
Duties include:
• Preparation of client invoices
• Filing co-op claims for clients
• Tracking client co-op spending to client budgets
• Communication with vendors by phone & email in a professional manner
• Entering and payment of vendor invoices
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Preparation of budget templates for clients in Excel/Google Sheets
• Making bank deposits and monitoring balances
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Year-end reporting to accountants
• Answering phones
• Maintaining office supplies & various other office duties
