Contractors, the roof you finished last week could close that lead that just came in.
Say a homeowner is sitting across from you. They want a full tear-off and a quality roof, but it is a big number and you can tell they are about to say they need to think about it.
So you pull out your phone and show them a house just like theirs that your crew finished last week. The whole thing. Roof torn down to the deck, done right, and the clean finished product at the end. They can finally see what they are paying for on a real home instead of picturing it in their head.
That is usually all it takes. People buy when they can picture it, and now they can.
This is the part most contractors never use. Your job footage is great for ads that bring in new leads, and you should run it that way. But it is just as valuable sitting in your back pocket during a sales appointment. Same footage, working both ends. More leads coming in, and a better shot at closing the ones already in front of you.
The best part is you do not have to film any of it. You run your crew. We show up, fly the drone, edit it, and post it. You just use it to sell.
