Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working alongside so many incredible people and businesses throughout our community. In that time, one thing has become clear — while many of you know me personally, not everyone realizes that I’m also the owner of New Paradigm Marketing Solutions.
When we launched in 2018 under the name Livingston Group, the vision was simple: to deliver conversion focused marketing without losing the personal touch that too often disappears as agencies grow. Today, that same vision drives New Paradigm.
Despite the advice of mentors and peers in the industry, we’ve intentionally chosen to remain a boutique agency. We don’t rely on cookie-cutter packages or narrow niche specialization. Instead, we take the time to understand each client’s goals and craft tailored strategies designed around them. Every facet of our fulfillment from web design and paid media to social, SEO, and creative production — is handled in-house by our dedicated team.
I’m incredibly proud to say that nearly all of our growth has come from word-of-mouth referrals and long-standing relationships with clients who trust us to deliver. Thanks to that trust, we now serve partners not only across Central Florida, but also in Louisiana, New York City, the Carolinas, and Texas.
