Our Story
In January 2015, Julie Fleetwood and Lisa Miceli joined together to create Fleetwood + Miceli Residential. Lisa had been an agent in Winnetka as a member of a top team on the North Shore and Julie began with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty quickly earning recognition in Evanston, and within Jameson, as a top producer.
Sharing the same vision, commitment to excellence and years of sales & marketing experience between them, they decided to join forces at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Their integrity and service-oriented work ethic have awarded them a reputation of excellence among clients and colleagues.
In 2018 and 2019, we expanded to include team member, Associate Broker, Bridget Nelson which will help us continue to provide the highest level of service throughout the North Shore of Chicago (from Evanston to Highland Park).
