1) Production Manager
What you’ll do:
• Lead day-to-day production operations across print, embroidery, and engraving
• Own scheduling, capacity planning, and on-time order delivery
• Drive quality control and process improvements (Lean/5S mindset a plus)
• Coach and develop a high-performing production team
• Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
What you’ll bring:
• 3+ years in production/operations leadership (print or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with workflow planning software or shop management tools is a plus

2) Graphic Designer
What you’ll do:
• Create production-ready designs for apparel, signage, and promotional items
• Collaborate with clients and sales to translate concepts into clean, on-brand artwork
• Prepare files for print/embroidery/laser (color separations, vector clean-up, mockups)
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards
What you’ll bring:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CorelDRAW a plus)
• Solid typography, layout, and color skills
• Experience in print production or screen printing prepress preferred

3) Embroidery Production Specialist
What you’ll do:
• Set up, thread, and operate multi-head embroidery machines
• Hoop garments, run test stitches, and ensure accurate stitching
• Perform routine machine maintenance and thread/material management
• Inspect and finish products to high quality standards
What you’ll bring:
• Hands-on experience with commercial embroidery equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and a steady, efficient work pace
• Ability to follow designs/specs and troubleshoot minor issues
