How has the modern client changed?
(And why you are losing a lot of money if you don't see it).

Recently, I did 19 in-depth interviews. I watched closely how people make decisions: what triggers them, what annoys them, and what makes them stay.
My main conclusion: most experts and businesses lose money simply because they talk to their audience like it's 2021.
But the client has changed a lot.

The modern client lives in constant overload.
Their attention and nervous system are exhausted. Every day they see hundreds of messages, dozens of offers, a lot of the same promises, and "unique" funnels that are actually the same scheme in a different cover.

In the past, a person could focus on a text for about 2 minutes. Now, this time has dropped to less than 3 seconds.
If the text is hard to read, if the meaning is hidden, if it has complex words — the brain chooses the easiest way: close, exit, move on.

Another important thing from the interviews: people hate "ChatGPT" language.
These standard, perfectly polished phrases do not build trust, emotion, or the feeling "they understand me here." Honestly, it just makes people sick.

Psychologically, this is very easy to explain. We trust what shows a real person, or where we recognize ourselves.
We need tone, character, and real context. When we see a text that looks like it was washed with bleach, with no vibe at all — there is no emotional contact. No contact — it's very hard to build trust. No trust — no sales.

Also, people today react very painfully to complex funnels.
To those scenarios where you need to go through hell just to understand: what you sell, who it is for, and how much it costs. People used to call it a "smart system." Now it's just a headache that makes people annoyed and want to walk away.

People are tired of manipulation.

• Tired of fake complexity.
• Tired of pulling information out word by word.
• Tired of posts where nothing is said directly.
• Tired of "secret" prices and mystery just for cheap hype.

Many experts think: "I will give more value — I will get more sales." But no.
Today, the winner is not the one who makes a tricky funnel or generates a perfect "expert" text with AI. The winner is the one who speaks honestly and simply. The one who respects the client, keeps their uniqueness (brand DNA), and shows top quality in every detail.

The audience is changing, our life is changing, and we must adapt to the new reality, but keep our true values.

Stop selling just a house. Start selling an experience.

If your Vacation Rental account only has pretty interior photos, you are losing clients. Everyone has nice photos now.

To get a fully booked calendar in 2026, you need a system. A system that builds loyalty, creates memories, and makes people want to come back every year.

Behind every growing brand, there’s a lot of invisible work happening.

During my training with .ivashchenkoo,
I went deeper than just content — I focused on the full client experience.

From the very first touchpoint to turning a client into a loyal ambassador — and even the atmosphere inside the salon.

It was never just about social media.

I say “we” because I work with clients as partners,
not just someone who executes tasks.

We combined online and offline tools
to build a system that actually works:

– content that builds trust
– recognition through real-life experiences
– genuine connection with clients

Because growth isn’t just about content.
It’s about the system behind it.

Sometimes, to grow, you don’t need more posts —
you need a clear strategy.

And that’s exactly what we built.

If your content looks “fine” but isn’t bringing results — something is missing.

DM me “STRATEGY” and I’ll help identify what it is.

Why Is “Being Good” No Longer Enough in Business?
The Purple Cow Theory — What Is It?

Seth Godin formulated a fundamental idea: in a world overloaded with information noise, being simply “good” or “high quality” is no longer enough. That’s just the basic entry threshold — it doesn’t surprise anyone anymore.

To stand out, a brand has to be remarkable — something that makes people say, “Oh, that’s interesting!”

The Purple Cow is a symbol of being noticeable.
A regular cow doesn’t surprise anyone. But a purple one makes you stop and take a closer look.

“Remarkable” doesn’t mean loud, weird, or scandalous.
A true Purple Cow is a meaningful difference, not a circus act.

It is NOT: hype for the sake of hype, meaningless trends, or aggressive creativity.
It IS: a strategic, meaningful distinction built on real value.

The Three Pillars of Differentiation 🐳

For your uniqueness to actually work, it must be:

🐳 Obvious.
People immediately see the difference. The value is clear right away — customers shouldn’t have to guess what makes you special.

🐳 Meaningful.
It matters to the customer, not just to you.

🐳 Easy to share.
People can easily describe you to a friend.

For example:
“That’s the salon where they don’t push unnecessary services.”
or
“That’s the marketer who builds systems, not just pushes out content.”

What Do We Often Confuse?

Uniqueness ≠ Value

You can be the only one in the world doing something — and still not be needed.
The phrase “We’re the only ones who…” doesn’t work until the customer says,
“Oh, that’s exactly what I need.”

Remarkability Is Focus, Not Everything at Once

The more you try to be for everyone, the less noticeable you become.

A Purple Cow always requires courage:

1. to consciously narrow your niche.
2. to clearly state your position.
3. to let go of the audience that isn’t yours

And most importantly — instead of asking “How are we better?”, ask:

“What meaningful difference do we have that our people will want to tell others about over coffee?”

Let’s be honest: if your sales funnel relies on customers not paying attention, you’re not a business owner — you’re a scammer.

You’re treating your customers like fools. And if you made $20 today thanks to a misleading unsubscribe button, you just lost thousands of dollars in customer lifetime value (LTV) tomorrow.

Marketing without empathy is a dead end.
If you’re afraid to remind customers about upcoming charges, or you make the cancellation process harder than escaping a puzzle room, your product simply isn’t strong enough.

You’re afraid people will leave because you’re not confident they’d choose to stay voluntarily.

My position is simple:
A high-quality product and service are the foundation.
Honest communication with your audience — speaking their language — is the foundation.
Respect and genuine care for your customers are the foundation.

A business that doesn’t have the courage to be transparent will never build a real community.
Instead of loyalty, you’ll only get frustration, blocks, and negative feedback.

So here’s the question:
Where do you personally draw the line between “aggressive marketing” and outright fraud?

Marketing in 2026 is not linear. It’s cyclical.
Brands don’t grow because they “went viral.”
They grow because they shape behavior.

Every strong brand today is built around a habit loop:
Trigger → Action → Reward → Investment → Repeat.

If people don’t interact with you consistently,
you’re not building equity — you’re renting attention.

The real question isn’t:
“How do we get more reach?”
It’s:
“How do we become part of someone’s daily or weekly routine?”

Yes, behavior design is harder than posting more content.

But that’s exactly why strategy matters.

If you’re ready to build a system, not just post content — DM me the word “Audit.”

12 Films Every Marketer Should Watch —
Must-watch. Perfect for the weekend.

Moneyball – painfully relatable for anyone who’s ever pitched, “We need to look at different metrics.” It’s about how data breaks old rules — and how unconventional thinking changes the game. Young Brad Pitt? Wow.

The Greatest Showman – a film about the ambition to create an experience, not just a product. How imagination + courage turn an idea into a spectacle. For marketers, it’s a lesson in raising the bar and building emotional value.

Challengers – about competition, ambition, and power. Brands don’t compete in categories — they compete for attention and emotion. Personal brand is a game changer here. Whoever controls the narrative wins.

12 Angry Men – essential for understanding creative dynamics. The best ideas are born where everyone is allowed to speak. A true classic — and one of my all-time favorites.

The Truman Show – to feel how Gen Z experiences social media. If you grew up with a phone in your hand, this is about “social reality.” A film about how media becomes real life for some — and entertainment for others.

Glengarry Glen Ross – a few brutally honest lessons on strategy and planning. And on how creative leaders sometimes turn into self-obsessed heroes (Alec Baldwin energy). Al Pacino’s in it too.

Glass Onion – a sharp satire on startups, founders, and the cult of “genius.” A film about how charisma replaces substance — and hype becomes strategy. Visually stunning, too.

The Greatest Movie Ever Sold – a must for anyone working with integrations, collabs, and brands. The film itself is product placement. A painfully honest breakdown. Required viewing.

Get Smart With Money – one of the stronger recent documentaries on real financial behavior. Less about investing tactics, more about psychology, fear, and habits.

Mad Men – the ultimate playbook for anyone in communications. The birth of big ideas, early iconic campaigns, industry toxicity, and everything in between. A reminder that marketing = human motivation. Everything else is just tools.

Why isn’t your business growing — even with consistent content?

Most brands fall into the trap of reactive decisions:
trying to fix revenue gaps by posting more
or launching ads without a clear system behind them.
But real scale never starts with tools.
It starts with a foundation — a clear logic where every digital step a customer takes:

— builds trust
— communicates value
— and leads to intentional action

That’s why I work with brand ecosystems, not isolated tactics — where every element supports the bigger picture and drives one shared outcome.
My approach rejects mediocrity in favor of structure:
where strategy, content, advertising operate as one cohesive system, not disconnected efforts. This is for those who want to replace noise with predictable growth
and understand why customers choose them.

I don’t do ordinary.
I do clarity, structure, and results.
