“Now that I’ve moved my studio into my home, I’ve had to adjust my cooking schedule—Sundays or evenings it is, so the delicious smells don’t interfere with my work space! Today’s recipes were spaghetti squash soup and red curi squash soup—both simple, clean, and absolutely delicious. Can’t beat how easy they are! And while I usually keep my veggies on the counter to look pretty, these went straight into the pot 😉. ”

I am thrilled to inform you that our studio has moved to a new location! Previously situated on Post Road, our new studio offers everything you've come to expect from us, plus an exciting new addition: a dedicated lifestyle section.
