Whether the January 2025 Wedding Show is your first show experience or your 20th, here are the Top 10 Tips to ensure you have a successful show!

1. Pre-Promote Your Presence
Invite prospects to the show to meet you, pre-promote your show special (you may even get sales before the show!), and let them know you have free tickets for guests.

2. Make Your Display Work for You
You have only a few seconds to make an impression. Make sure that the attendees can look at your booth and know exactly what you do within seconds without talking to you.

3. Present Yourself in the Best Possible Way
Your business will be judged by your booth’s appearance and your staff’s attitude. Dress appropriately. Put your cell phone away. Be prepared with a rehearsed, practiced, and polished sales presentation that tells the prospective customer who you are, what you do, and the benefits you provide.

Join us for a guided tour of the I-X Center next Wednesday on DECEMBER 11, 2024 (1:00 PM -2:00 PM) to see the facility before the show. This tour is open to new and existing vendors!

Create a space at the January 2025 Wedding Show that speaks for itself! Think of your booth like the front window of a store – it must capture shoppers' attention as they walk by, drawing them in and making them remember you.

Consider these helpful tips as you design your booth!

1. Make sure your company name is high & legible from a distance.

2. Consider adding lights to spotlight your products. Exhibit halls can have dim, indirect lighting and lights will make a huge visual impact on your space.

3. Ditch the chairs and stand during the show. Move chairs to the side, push the table to the back and give yourself a better space to engage with potential clients. If you need a bit of support, bring bar stools or a higher chair to be eye-to-eye with the standing attendees.

4. Layer your display. Consider adding a high top to display your products, a couch for visual appeal, or renting unique linens to add texture to your space.
