We are looking for an office manager!

Office Manager
Non-profit organization in search of an Office Manager/Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, maintain online plan room, assist with accounts payable/receivable, answer phone, data input, and scanning services. Must be able to work unsupervised 2-3 days a week. Salary commensurate with experience, Competitive pay and great benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Represents Builders Exchange by welcoming visitors and providing support to Association members by answering questions or concerns.
• Maintains and responsible for information and accuracy of online plan room. Preparing and extracting drawing plans and specifications for upload to website. Data entry as required for creating and maintaining plan room projects.
• Responsible for tracking, entering, coordinating, and managing construction projects from bid through award utilizing the online plan room.
• Coordinate with association members, architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, municipalities and construction managers.
• Print or scan all requested orders in a timely fashion (plans, specs, addenda, etc.) and coordinate receipt.
• Maintain office environment by monitoring and ordering supplies and equipment.
• Monitors financial accounts to ensure all are in good standing.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor bills, credits, and AP transactions.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Associate (Preferred)
• Experience with administrative and clerical work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
