๐ฅ๐๐ฅRagรบ Alla Napoletana๐ฅ๐๐ฅ.
Being a Foodie and a Parent collides sometimes when trying to plan meals. We all know the low and slow meals taste best, but those 30 minute meals are very necessary during the busy school week. Which brings me to this dish using some of my favorite jarred sauces, and Italian products ๐ฎ๐น .
I made this stress free with the help of my pressure cooker. What you're looking at is a Napoletana Ragรบ made with an Angus Sirloin Roast that I had in my fridge. I pressure cooked it, and pulled it apart once it was fork tender. I added that to the sauce which was Botticelli's Tomato Parmigiano Reggiano, and some Red Wine. I added in some blanched Asparagus tips, and served it over some fresh made Malfada noodles. I Finished it off with Fresh Parmesan, Basil, Red Pepper Flakes, and Botticelli's Italian EVOO.
