Laboratory Account Specialists
RSL Medical Marketing is seeking dynamic candidates with a diverse background in customer service and sales while having a proven track record of successful customer relationship building. Account Specialists should be able to work well within a team while still having an entrepreneurial spirit. An ideal candidate will have experience and/or established relationships within the medical community. Responsibilities
· Become an expert in the field of toxicology, including metabolite breakdowns, proper testing protocols, science behind testing and reading/reviewing reports with appropriate office personnel
· Utilize organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
· Develop strong rapport with office staff, educate/train clients, research problems and coordinate solutions between laboratory and client
· Identify market potential through prospecting and qualification of accounts and initiate sales process by scheduling appointments
· Maintain knowledge of and presence of competitors in assigned territory
· Network and leverage current relationships for additional growth opportunities
· Responsible for updating CRM with daily call activity
· Ethically and responsibly represent the company to the medical community
Requirements
· Be self-motivated, dependable, and driven
· Have reliable transportation
· Demonstrate ability to think critically and problem solve
· Possess considerable communication skills
· Ability to develop strong relationships
· College level education, preferred not mandatory
