At Explainify, we celebrate our team for exemplifying the core values that make us strong. 💪
Here’s what Lauren, our Head of Business Operations, had to say about her team and how each team member lives out our core values every day:
"A moment of gratitude for my Explainify family (internally known as the Explainifam).
We’ve spent the last several weeks as a team reflecting on our core values.
Not to rewrite them. But to make sure they are more than just words on a wall, or buried in a document and forgotten about.
But to ensure they are values we live by, and things that show up every single day inside Explainify.
And frankly… It’s been one of the most grounding things we’ve done.
What makes Explainify so special isn’t a process.
It’s not a framework.
It’s not even the work itself.
It’s the people.
And this team is SO special.
Not just because they’re talented (they are).
But because of how they show up. There’s zero micromanagement here.
Not because we don’t care about the work… but because everyone operates like an owner.
No one waits.
No one hides.
No one works in isolation.
People step up. They support each other. They own the outcome. And that’s why it works.
High expectations.
High challenge.
High support.
High collaboration.
That combination is rare.
And it’s the reason we’re able to operate the way we do.
Priority #1 for me when interviewing: core values fit.
And it’s paying off.
When everyone in the room is aligned — hard-working, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive...something different happens.
Explainify has that.
And it’s worth protecting.
Our people truly care.
They care about each other.
They care about our clients.
They care about the work.
So today, I’m counting my blessings.
And the number matched our headcount.
Grateful for every single person who makes this place what it is."
