Still not teaching. Not sure if I will be able to travel teach again. I’m filled with rods, screws , plates, and cables. Lifting and twisting and turning is still difficult. It’s been 9 months post op since this second surgery. I just don’t want to damage my neck or back again.

Paint A Sunflower Glass

Working on this paint therapy. Things are going better. No pain while holding a brush!!! But a half day worth of painting does deliver soreness!
