Heads up girly, you're going to want to save this post!

Because in 2023 you're going to get all the gurus telling you you should be doing more videos, going to networking events, working with this influencer, don't do hashtags, do hashtags. ITS MADNESS

And I'll be real with you, the only marketing strategy you'll need going into 2023 is...ALL OF THEM.

It's called an omnichannel approach, and it's not as intimidating as it sounds. Swipe the first slide and I go more in-depth.

But how do we build a successful omnichannel strategy without going insane? Here are 4 tips!

1. Know Your Customer Journey - Remember the last post about funnels? Your customer journey shows EXACTLY how your audience moves from stranger to follower, follower to buyer. You have to get inside the mind of your audience and see how you can solve a problem at each step

2. Have a strategy - By breaking down your customer journey and funnels, you are now able to see a clearer picture of how your business fits through each stage. I included an example on this slide check it out!

3, Landing Pages For Lead Magnets - This is how you link it all together. For it to be an omnichannel approach, it has to be a seamless experience for your audience. Your audience should be able to go from your QR code or social media to your offer and lead to the final step

4 Email & SMS marketing - Once it's up its stuck! Email and SMS allow you to connect with your audience in REAL TIME. The importance is you get to promote & reengage and help your audience fall in love with your brand.

Hey girly, let's stop marketing to shoppers who are most likely NOT going to buy from you.

I see a lot of first-time mistakes when it comes to understanding your target audience. Hate to be the one to break it to you but your target is not "everyone"

Your target audience should be SEGMENTED into categories of people who have a specific set of attributes, problems, demographics, etc.

If I'm selling beard balm and waist trainers, my target audience would be Ol' Saint Nick and the Misses. Youre wasting valuable content if you market these products to "elves" who most likely don't have beards and are too tiny to fit in waist trainers anyway

Understanding your target audience is the first step to having an effective marketing funnel. Get your goals in line and segment your audience FIRST then create steps to get the RIGHT target audience attracted.
