t’s , a hashtag I created to kick off 2021 with a healthier start. On this day our diet consist of raw foods. We invite you to join our social health and wellness movement by posting and sharing your raw foods on social media.

Today is the fourth day of and we celebrate Ujamaa (Oo-Jah-Mah) Cooperative Economics: To build and maintain our own stores shops, and other businesses and to profit from them together.

Did you know worker honey bees naturally process netcar into honey to store and feed themselves throughout winter? When it’s too cold they cannot go outdoors to forage for food. In short....They work all year to save their $Honey. We can learn a lot from bees.
