Did you know I offer more than just embroidery? That's right! I also offer DTF transfers.
"Brooke, what is a DTF transfer?"
The short version is they are somewhere between vinyl and screen printing.
The long answer: DTF transfers are a special ink that is printed on transfer paper (much like a picture), which allows for multiple-color images without paying extra. The transfer is then applied using a heat press. The benefit of using DTF is that the ink is designed to sink down into the fibers of the garment. It also stretches with the fabric, preventing cracking, which means your design will last longer!
Vinyl is more like a sticker that is cut out and then applied using a heat press.
Screen printing is more like painting on a shirt using a stencil; it does last longer, but the more colors you use, the more expensive it is.
