Summer photos only sell summer stays. So we drove six hours to southwest Michigan to catch fall at its peak. 🍂

KOHOE Hospitality sits on 150 acres of mostly untouched land along a river in Watervliet, MI. Nina had beautiful summer content and nothing from fall, so we met her for lunch, then chased the color across the property with camera.

One more thing worth knowing: dogs are encouraged here. Treats at check-in, dog cots, crates on the way. If your pup is part of the trip, this place was built with them in mind.

Why are there couches in our trade show booth? Because good stories don’t get told standing up. 🛋️

We built a little living room under our canopy for one reason. Storytelling is everything we do, and people open up when they’re comfortable.

Nobody's ever left a 5-star review that said "looked just like the AI picture." They leave 5 stars when the site matches what they booked. This is a real photo. No AI, no fake golden hour, no lake that's somehow empty on the Fourth of July.

Every AI-generated photo you post teaches your audience to doubt you. Once someone spots one fake image, they start wondering what else on your page isn't real: the reviews, the amenities, the "quiet, private sites." You're spending the trust you need to get the booking.

Real photos show the personality of your space that makes people book: the gravel pad, the fire ring with a little char on it, the view from site 14 at 7pm. Slightly imperfect is fine. Not completely filled up is acceptable. Imperfect is believable.

Use AI for mood boards, seasonal graphics, or a first draft of your caption. Keep it away from photos of your property.

Save this for the next time you're tempted to generate a "better" version of your campground. And if you don't have real photos you're proud of yet, that's what we shoot. DM us.

After 10 years, Natural State Overland is hosting its final event. We’re honored they asked us to help document it.

This one goes beyond a highlight reel. We’re working with the Rendezvous team to capture the full history of the event: the people who built it, the regulars who showed up every year, and what it’s meant to the community around it.

Their story, told right, so it lives on after the last weekend wraps.

The best trail shot of the day was never on the shot list.

No posed lineups. No staged setups. Just Jeeps working through the trail, spotters calling lines, and the mud landing wherever it wants to. That’s what your customers actually do on a Saturday, so that’s what your marketing should show.

We shoot for off-road shops, outfitters, and clubs who would rather show the real thing rather than a boring white studio photo.

We spent Saturday with Midwest Jeepthing and 4x4 | Off-Road | Overlanding for their Jeeping 101 course. The morning was in the classroom: how to pick a line, how to Tread Lightly, and what your Jeep can do before you spend a dime on mods. Then everyone took it to the dirt.

Our favorite part was watching first-timers go from nervous on the first obstacle to calling their own lines by the end of the day. This is how the Midwest Jeep community keeps growing the right way: experienced club members and a local shop that care more about you doing it right than selling you parts.
