🌟 Day 4 – Illinois FFA State Convention 🌟

What a way to wrap up an incredible week! Today, our chapter was recognized as a National Chapter Finalist, placing us among the top 10% of chapters in the state.

We also celebrated Tiffany as she officially retired from her year of service as the Section 9 President. Thank you for your leadership, commitment, and the positive impact you have made on our chapter, section, and organization.

The trip home brought a little extra excitement as we navigated some severe weather, but everyone made it home safely. 🌪️

We are grateful for a successful week filled with service, recognition, leadership, and memories that will last a lifetime. A big thank you to the F-C FFA Alumni for providing these opportunities for our students!

Thank you to our members, families, and supporters for making this State Convention experience one to remember!

🏅 Day 3 at State FFA Convention! 🏅

Yesterday was a special day for our chapter as we celebrated a major accomplishment. We are proud to recognize eight of our members who earned their State FFA Degree, the highest honor that can be awarded at the state level. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to agriculture and FFA have truly paid off.

This evening, we celebrated our degree recipients with a dinner alongside their families before heading to Knights Action Park for mini golf, games, and plenty of fun with friends.

Congratulations to our State Degree recipients—we are incredibly proud of all you have accomplished and the example you set for our chapter!

🌟 Illinois FFA State Convention–Days 1 & 2 🌟

Day 1:
Our convention experience kicked off with a day of service at the Midwest Food Bank, where our members helped package 614 bags of potatoes to support families in need. After volunteering, we spent some time exploring Scheels before settling in at the hotel and preparing for an exciting week ahead!

Day 2
Today was packed with opportunities and recognition! Members explored the College and Career Fair, attended sessions, and connected with exhibitors from across the agricultural industry.

We are proud to celebrate several chapter accomplishments:
🏆 Section 9 Winner – Building Communities
🏆 Section 9 Winner – Strengthening Agriculture
⭐ Tiffany was recognized as a Top 10 Section President
⭐ Tiffany and Trevor were recognized for being recommended for the American FFA Degree
🏅 Our chapter earned a Gold Rating in the National Chapter Award Program

We are incredibly proud of our members and look forward to all that the rest of the convention has in store!
