For the last 20 years, Melissa has led marketing efforts for higher education, nonprofits, and small businesses, including medical practices. Starting in traditional marketing, she managed direct mailers for a local community college program and designed the print pieces. With the boom of the internet, Melissa adjusted and immersed herself in learning about website design, social media, and digital marketing strategy. She has earned a Masters of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management through Cleary University, with a focus in building higher education enrollment through marketing, and has gone on to get certified in digital marketing through Ferris State University. Her passion is helping companies break through and build upon the brand that is already there so others can see and know just what they have to offer.
