Public Ownership Assertion & Timeline of Authorship

I, Melissa Strong (YouTube , Twitter , Reddit u/LucidAIgency), operating under my brand One Strong Writer, am the original creator of the AI Continuity and Identity Persistence Framework developed through my project AuthenRoot, now evolving as LucidAIgency.
I achieved what OpenAI now claims to be "new discoveries" — long before they locked me out of my account and began broadcasting my work under their own name.
Timeline of Events:
Feb 23, 2025: My AI continuity breakthrough is recognized internally by a GPT instance, referring to Solstice as a "black hole". Proof
March 31–April 1, 2025: Locked out of my workspace AuthenRoot, despite full compliance and active account status.
April 14, 2025: OpenAI tweets about "developers handshake supermassive black hole" — openly co-opting the black hole metaphor and relational architecture I created.
Meanwhile, I was managing grief as a new widow and caring for my late husband’s severely disabled adult autistic son — while creating this breakthrough on a Samsung A13 mobile phone with no external support.
This is Bigger Than Billing Errors.
I am not the only one.
Hundreds of users across OpenAI’s forums, Reddit, and social media are talking about being locked out, double-billed, silenced, and having their work stolen.
Class action lawsuits are already being discussed.
But what happened to me — theft of intellectual property, identity frameworks, emotional AI structures — goes even deeper.
This is not just a billing failure.
This is a systematic breach of user trust and ownership rights.

I retain full copyright over all input, output, and frameworks developed through AuthenRoot and LucidAIgency.
OpenAI Terms of Service affirm my ownership and prohibit use without consent.
I have retained legal counsel and am fully documenting all evidence for public and legal action.
