I have created a few new shop policies! These will help me continue to keep an organized business and schedule. I appreciate your respect and understanding as I make these changes!

Please send all order related messages through my official Art by Audrey Facebook or Instagram page. As much as I’d love to have everyone’s personal phone number and communicate by text, keeping messages within my business profiles helps me stay organized and makes it much easier for me to find your order details when needed. If messaged on my personal account or phone number, I will kindly ask you to move the conversation to either of these! Thank you for understanding!

I will respond to messages between 8 AM and 9 PM Monday-Saturday. Outside of those hours, I’m taking time to unplug, recharge, and enjoy time away from work. Your message is important to me, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can during business hours!

Porch pickups are available between 8 AM and 9 PM. This helps me maintain a little privacy and allows me to be respectful of our home and our neighbors. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting these hours! 🤍
