Man… he really hit the nail on the head with this one.

We spend so much time wondering why life isn’t changing…
but rarely stop to ask what we’re thinking and speaking every day.

Every thought is doing something—
it’s either pushing you forward,
keeping you exactly where you are,
or quietly pulling you backwards.

Nothing stays neutral.

So if you feel stuck…
look at your inner dialogue.
If you feel off track…
listen to the words you repeat to yourself.

Because the truth is—
you don’t accidentally end up where you are…
you think your way there.

Now imagine what happens when you start thinking on purpose.

Man… really think about that.

We’re more “connected” than ever… yet somehow more disconnected than we’ve ever been.

A room full of people.
No eye contact.
No real conversation.
Just screens… scrolling… silence.

This is what technology has done—
It gave us access to the world,
but slowly took us away from each other.

We don’t talk like we used to.
We don’t feel like we used to.
We don’t see each other anymore.

And the scariest part?
It’s becoming normal.

Put the phone down.
Look up.
Reconnect with real life… before we forget what that even feels like.
