The 15 states that still require Form 4 Transfer of NFA items are:
Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Please let your Representatives and Governors know how you stand on this issue.

The guidance does not supersede state and local laws that restrict NFA fi***rms. Because many state laws require individuals to register NFA fi***rms, ATF will continue to process NFA applications that are submitted.

Sorry we will not be doing 4473 suppressor transfers until NC gives us the green light to do so.
