Your logo is white.
Your polo is maroon.
Easy enough, right?
Okay… which white?
Bright white. Soft white. Silver white. Off-white. There are more options on that thread wall than you’d think.
Choose the wrong one and your logo can look washed out. Choose the right one and it looks exactly like your brand is supposed to.
That’s why we hold the actual thread against the actual apparel before the first stitch ever hits the shirt.
It’s a small detail.
But your brand is made up of small details.
Let Fully Promoted handle the apparel so you can focus on growing your business.

Cream on cream. Subtle on purpose.
Because the best branded apparel doesn’t always need to scream your company name from across the room.
Choose a jacket your team would actually buy for themselves. Add a clean, understated logo. Now you have branded outerwear they’ll wear to work, the grocery store, the soccer game, the airport—everywhere.
That’s when company apparel stops feeling like a uniform and starts working for your brand.
Better apparel gets worn. And what gets worn gets seen.
Let Fully Promoted handle the apparel so you can focus on growing your business.

They asked us for T-shirts.
We asked when they’d actually be wearing them.
A workforce program was getting ready to welcome a new group of young people entering the trades. Most would be working outdoors from October through spring.
Suddenly, a T-shirt didn’t make much sense on a 38-degree morning at 7 a.m.
So we changed the order.
Instead of tees, we went with soft shell jackets they could wear on the job site, to an interview, and everywhere in between.
Because sometimes the right branded apparel isn’t what you originally planned to order.
It’s what your people actually need.
The problem we solve isn’t the shirt. It’s the weather they’re walking into.
Let Fully Promoted handle the apparel so you can focus on growing your business.

Big wins start with great planning. 👏

Congratulations to Michelle Monhollen and Robert Steffek of Fully Promoted Centerville, OH, on a successful open house built around customer connection and smart follow-up.

With 40 scheduled customer appointments, six supplier partners, live product demonstrations, branded giveaways, and fresh ideas for upcoming events and holiday gifting, the team created plenty of reasons for customers to engage, explore, and plan ahead.

The results continued beyond the event, with strong sales, 16 new Google reviews, and a 4.9-star rating for the location.

It’s a strong example of how Fully Promoted franchise owners can turn thoughtful local marketing and strong customer relationships into lasting business momentum.

“Our team doesn’t really wear the company stuff.”
Okay. Then let’s stop ordering the same company stuff.
Instead, ask a better question: What does your team actually wear when they’re not at work?
A good hoodie? Quarter-zip? Fleece? Joggers?
That’s where we start.
The best branded apparel shouldn’t feel like something you’re required to wear. It should feel like something you would’ve bought anyway—just with your company’s logo on it.
The problem isn’t getting your logo on apparel.
It’s getting your apparel out of the closet.
Let Fully Promoted help you create company gear people actually want to wear.

A good apparel order should be kind of boring.
Hear us out.
You order shirts today.
Six months later, you reorder them.
Same logo.
Same colors.
Same placement.
Same quality.
No surprises.
That's harder to pull off than it sounds.
It takes keeping the right embroidery files, matching the same thread and ink colors, maintaining consistent placement, and holding every order to the same standard.
Because over time, little differences add up.
A slightly different blue here. A logo sitting a little lower there. Suddenly the gear from last year doesn't quite match the gear from this year.
Your brand shouldn't slowly change every time you reorder apparel.
It should look like your brand. Every time.
That's the kind of boring we like.

Two shops quote the same shirt.
One comes back cheaper.
On day one? You might not see much difference.
Month four is where things get interesting.
One print is starting to crack and fade. The other still looks great.
That's because a lot of what determines print quality happens behind the scenes.
The right ink for the fabric.
The right cure temperature.
The right pressure.
The right mesh.
The right setup.
Get those details right and you create a shirt people keep reaching for.
And that's important.
Because branded apparel only keeps marketing your business as long as somebody keeps wearing it.
Sometimes the better question isn't:
"How much does each shirt cost?"
It's:
"How long will people actually want to wear it?"

Most branded merchandise orders start with apparel.

The better ones don't stop there.

A shirt can represent your brand. A thoughtfully built kit can create an entire experience around it.
Most orders start with the shirt.
But the ones people remember usually don't stop there.
Add the hat.
Add the bag.
Add the drinkware.
Add the little extras people actually want to keep.
Suddenly, it's not just another piece of branded apparel.
It's a kit.
And when everything comes through one partner, the whole thing gets a lot easier.
One logo.
One point of contact.
One timeline.
One coordinated delivery.
No chasing four different vendors. No mismatched branding. No wondering whether everything will actually show up before the event.
It looks like you planned every detail.
Because we did.

Here's the part of a custom apparel order most people never see.
Printing the shirt? That's the fast part.
It's everything BEFORE the print that takes the work.
The screen has to be prepped.
Colors have to be registered.
The garment has to be positioned correctly.
Embroidery has to be framed straight.
Logo placement has to be dialed in.
Skip one step and suddenly that logo is crooked, colors don't line up, or embroidery starts puckering.
That's why a quality order takes the time it takes.
It's not about waiting on a machine.
It's about making sure the setup is right so hundreds of pieces come off that machine looking the way they're supposed to.
The final print gets all the attention.
We're paying attention to everything that happens before it.

We see this more often than you'd think.
A company sends over a list for new team gear. The office is covered. Management is covered. Sales is covered.
Then we ask:
"What about the field crew?"
Silence.
It's almost never intentional. The techs, installers, and service crews are usually tracked somewhere completely different.
But they're also the people out in front of customers all day.
Every service call.
Every driveway.
Every job site.
Every stop between jobs.
That's a lot of opportunities for your brand to be seen.
So when you're ordering company apparel, don't forget the people taking your brand into the field every day.
Kit out the trucks, not just the desks.

People sometimes think embroidery is as simple as loading a logo and pressing a button.
We wish.
Before a logo ever makes it onto a hat, polo, jacket, or uniform, there are a lot of small decisions happening behind the scenes.
The artwork has to be digitized.
Thread colors have to be matched.
Stitch density has to be right.
Small lettering has to stay readable.
And the design needs to work with the actual fabric we're decorating.
Get one of those details wrong and you can tell.
That's why we test, adjust, and dial everything in before the full production run starts.
It's not the flashy part of custom embroidery.
But it's the difference between putting your logo on something and making sure your brand actually looks like your brand.
We'll worry about the stitches. You worry about running the business.

Screen print or embroidery?
It's one of the most common questions we get.
The answer? It depends on what you're putting your logo on.
Screen printing is a great option for T-shirts, larger designs, and bigger quantities. It's bold, clean, and usually gets more cost-effective as the order grows.
Embroidery gives you that stitched, dimensional look that's hard to beat on polos, hats, jackets, and other structured pieces.
Our quick rule:
Tee? Print it.
Polo or hat? Stitch it.
There are exceptions, of course. The garment, logo, quantity, and intended use all matter.
But figuring that out shouldn't be your job.
Tell us what you need. We'll help you choose the decoration method that makes the most sense for it.

“We hired someone. They start Monday. We have nothing for them to wear.”

We get that call more often than you’d think.

And yes, we can handle rush orders. But rushing usually means paying more, having fewer options, or scrambling to get everything done in time.

A stock program changes that.

We keep your approved branded gear ready to go — your logo, colors, styles, and sizes.

New employee starts?

Pull it. Pack it. Ship it.

Instead of waiting weeks for their uniform or onboarding kit, everything can be ready when they are.

Because handing someone their gear on day one isn’t just about apparel. It shows them your company was prepared for them to walk through the door.

The goal isn’t to get better at panic orders.

It’s to stop needing them.

Your holiday party will be remembered.
But the gift your employees take home can remind them of your company long after the decorations come down.
When you choose quality branded apparel, custom drinkware, or promotional products people genuinely enjoy, your appreciation doesn't end when the party does.
It becomes something they use throughout the year.
If you're thinking about holiday gifts for your employees or clients, let's create something that's made to last.
