That concludes our project in Gansevoort. Water drainage was the primary concern, given the original driveway's backflow into the garage and the road's elevation, over two feet higher than the garage. We addressed this challenge by constructing two retaining walls to accommodate the change in grade and support the front deck. Additionally, we enhanced the drainage ditch with river stone for a polished finish. We are grateful for the opportunity to do what we love, foster meaningful relationships, and share enjoyable moments. Thank you, Frankie and Christina Cardella, for your business. Recently, we collaborated with a valued friend and customer at their summer camp on Hadlock Pond, where we addressed a pressing water drainage issue. The rapid water flow down the hillside was compromising the slab-on-grade foundation of the camp. Through a joint effort, we devised a comprehensive plan to eliminate the water problem. As the project progressed, several challenges arose, but we successfully adapted and overcame them, ultimately delivering an effective solution. This engaging project exemplifies the diverse range of services we provide beyond driveway projects.

We recently completed a significant project in Gansevoort, encompassing two large driveways, a stamped blacktop sidewalk, and a thorough regrading of the entire property by Harley. Additionally, we conducted hydroseeding of 45,000 square feet. Our valued customer was delighted with the comprehensive scope of work accomplished without the burden of managing multiple contractors. Our objective is to provide a one-stop-shop experience for all outdoor projects. This project showcased our diverse capabilities, and neighboring residents, pleased with our work, subsequently engaged us to enhance their driveway and apply a fresh sealcoat to the existing portion. We will return soon to install 250 yards of topsoil and hydroseed their property as well.

We are pleased to announce the addition of stamped blacktop to our services. We have recently acquired an extensive collection of stamps, featuring various patterns, including straight and angled brick designs, decorative circles, random stone configurations, British cobble, and multiple border options. Our services will encompass sidewalks and driveways, and will be available for new installation projects, with the option to customize colors to suit individual preferences.

Finally, with a break in the inclement weather, we were able to embark on this beautiful project for our friends at South Glens Falls Fire Company Inc. As always, it is our pleasure to contribute to our first responders and express our gratitude for their selfless service to our community. This project entailed a long, arduous couple of days and nights, with our team manually applying over 1,000 gallons of sealcoat in just 48 hours. Notably, all of our sealcoat applications are done by hand, regardless of project scope, to ensure a uniform, thick coating that will endure for years to come.

That’s a wrap for this project. Over in South Glens Falls, we undertook a comprehensive renovation that began as a driveway replacement project and evolved into a more extensive undertaking. We successfully replaced the driveway, the concrete sidewalk, and the apron in front of the garage. Additionally, we removed a substantial amount of brush and a stump to the left of the driveway. This project was a rewarding opportunity for us to showcase our diverse range of services.
