Let us be real. “New Year, New Me” hits different when you run a cleaning company. 😅

While everyone else is talking about gym memberships, you are thinking about:

Keeping crews busy without underpricing jobs

Landing more recurring commercial contracts, not random one offs

Finally getting off the night shift and out of the field

If that is you, you are not alone.

I work with commercial cleaning owners who are:

Still taking calls while on site

Doing quotes from the van

Trying to grow, but tired of guessing when it comes to marketing

In 2026, my focus is simple:

Help more commercial cleaning companies get consistent, shown office walkthroughs so they can grow with less chaos.

I am going to keep sharing:

What is actually working right now to get B2B leads

How to turn those leads into walkthroughs

How to build a system so you are not doing everything manually forever

👀 Your turn:
What is ONE big thing you want to improve in your business this year

👉 Comment it below and I will reply with one idea you can test in January.

Want more shown office walkthroughs in 2026

2026 does not have to be another year of hoping referrals show up.

If you run a commercial cleaning company, you already know:

No walkthroughs = no proposals.
No proposals = no new contracts.

The problem is, most owners are already wearing every hat:

Running crews

Handling operations

Chasing invoices

Jumping into the field when someone calls out

You do not have time to become a full time marketer on top of that.

That is where we come in.

We help commercial cleaning companies get more qualified, shown office walkthroughs by fixing three things:

1️⃣ Being found first
We focus on the channels where office managers are actually searching for cleaners.

2️⃣ Booking walkthroughs quickly
Clear "Book a walkthrough" flows so leads do not drift away or forget.

3️⃣ Fast follow up so they actually show
Reminders and touchpoints so your calendar is full of real appointments, not maybes.

More shown walkthroughs → more proposals → more recurring contracts.
Simple to understand, but not easy to build on your own.

If you want 2026 to be the year you stop guessing and start running a real client acquisition system for your cleaning business:

DM me “SYSTEM” or comment “INFO” and I will reach out with details.

Real talk. I almost gave up on posting content.

Last year I kind of just stopped.

Not because I do not care about marketing.
But because I felt:

I am not creative enough for this

My content feels all over the place

My audience is really on Facebook and LinkedIn, so what is the point of trying to figure out every platform

And on top of that, this is my setup.
Not a fancy studio. Not a big office.
My desk is inside a camper.

Maybe you have felt something similar in your own business.

Here is what changed for me going into 2026.

I realized most commercial cleaning owners do not need:

Perfect aesthetics

Viral dances

A polished content creator personality

You need clear, honest help with:

Getting more shown office walkthroughs

Landing more recurring contracts

Getting out of the field so you can run the business, not just work in it

So here is my promise for 2026.

I am going to show up consistently.
I am going to share what is actually working and what is not.
I am going to build a small, strong community of commercial cleaning owners who want to grow with less guesswork.

If you want more contracts in 2026, start by tracking these 3 numbers.

Most commercial cleaning owners say they “want more accounts”…
but they aren’t tracking the numbers that actually lead to more contracts.

In 2026, focus on these:

1️⃣ New leads per week

This is the top of your funnel.

If you don’t know how many new leads you’re getting each week (calls, forms, referrals, walkthrough requests), it’s impossible to predict growth.

Why it matters:

Shows if your marketing is actually working

Helps you spot slow weeks before your revenue dips

Lets you set real targets (e.g. “We need 10 leads/week to hit our goals”)

If this number is low, you don’t have a sales problem.
You have a marketing/awareness problem.

2️⃣ Booked → shown walkthroughs

This is your show rate.

It’s not enough to “book” a walkthrough.
If they don’t show up, you don’t get the contract.

Why it matters:

Measures how strong your follow-up and reminders are

Shows how serious your leads actually are

Reveals which lead sources no-show more than others

If you’re booking 10 walkthroughs but only 5 show, you don’t need more leads.
You need a better system: fast response, confirmations, and reminders.

3️⃣ Proposals sent → contracts closed

This is your close rate.

Out of all the proposals you send, how many turn into signed contracts?

Why it matters:

Shows if your pricing and positioning make sense

Reveals whether you’re talking to the real decision-maker

Tells you if you’re losing deals at the proposal or follow-up stage

If you’re sending lots of quotes but barely closing, it’s rarely “the market.”
It’s usually the offer, framing, or follow-up.

You don’t need 27 KPIs to grow in 2026.

If you don’t track anything else this year, track these 3 every week:

New leads per week

Booked → shown walkthroughs

Proposals sent → contracts closed

Get those trending in the right direction, and your contract revenue almost has to grow.

Want a simple sheet to plug this into?
Comment “2026” and I’ll send you a simple template idea you can use to track these every week.

If you’ve ever taken a sales call mid-clean, this one’s for you 😂

Owning a commercial cleaning company usually means:

- You’re the owner
- You’re the sales team
- You’re ops

And sometimes… still the cleaner

You’re quoting jobs from the van.
You’re answering calls on-site.
You’re doing invoices at 10:30pm on the couch.

Rillo exists because a lot of great operators are stuck in that loop.

Our mission is simple:
Fill your calendar with shown office walkthroughs and give you your time back so you can work on the business instead of in it.

Now I’m curious…

👉 What’s the most “owner-operator” thing you’ve done this month?

Cleaners, If your leads keep ghosting… it’s usually your fault. 😬

Most commercial cleaners don’t actually have a lead problem.
They have a system problem.

Here are 3 silent killers that tank your shown walkthroughs:

1️⃣ You’re too slow to respond
By the time you reply hours later, they’ve already talked to 1–2 other cleaners.
✅ Fix: Aim to reply in under 5 minutes with a quick text or call.

2️⃣ No reminders = silent no-shows
People get slammed at work. They forget your walkthrough, then ghost out of embarrassment.
✅ Fix: Send 2 reminders → one the day before and one 2 hours before.

3️⃣ You’re talking to the wrong person
If they have to “check with the owner,” your close rate tanks.
✅ Fix: Confirm the decision-maker will be there before you drive over.

You don’t need “more leads.”
You need more qualified, shown walkthroughs from the leads you already get.

Real talk about taglines. “We don’t cut corners, we clean them” is showing up on a lot of cleaning websites right now. It is catchy, but when the same line appears everywhere, it stops building trust.

AI is a useful tool. The risk is when the output is not customized. If your words could belong to any company, your brand disappears in the scroll.

Strong taglines are short. Three words is a good rule because it forces clarity and creates memory. Use AI to draft, then shape it so it sounds like your shop, your market, your standards. The goal is not just clever. The goal is “that sounds like me.”

If you are reviewing your branding, start by asking: does our line sound like anyone else, and would a buyer remember it tomorrow?
