There is one undeniable piece of technology that is required, especially in my business. The Internet.

Due to a cut line, Digital Boost Labs will open late on Monday. We can respond to calls and emails (yay cell phones), but will be unable to access more technical pieces until late in the day.

If you sell products from your website, have a restaurant, offer spa services....Consider having an electronic gift card option!

Often people don't know what to gift, but they may know someone's favorite store/taste. By offering an electronic gift card, you ensure those funds are spent with *you* (unlike generic gift cards that are used anywhere) and help show the gifter was paying attention to what others really like.

Did you know if you collect information on your website, you can be held accountable to the privacy policies of states other than the one you are in? Fines can accrue per instance/visitor.

If you have a website and collect any information (contact forms, use cookies, even just basic analytics for SEO) you need to have a privacy policy in place and accessible to your visitors.
