An Independent Insurance Agency handling Personal & Commercial Lines in Fort Myers , FL is seeking for a licensed Insurance agent!
Office Hours: 9am -5:30pm Monday through Friday,
Pay offered is Hourly Plus Commission and PTO
The perfect applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Past Insurance sales experience (Preferred)
-4-40, 2044 or 220 license (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Cross sell multiple insurance lines as needed to new and existing clients
-Maintain client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
-Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
-Answers incoming sales calls, screens calls, checks and return voice-mails, and transfers calls appropriately and promptly
-Self Starter, problem solver and self motivate
-Obtain and ensure that necessary forms and signatures, including new client packet and client financial responsibility, are completed.
-The ability to send and retrieve emails, scan, copy and fax information to clients and carriers.

-Ability to effectively present information to management and employees
-Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be the best.
Communication skills -
-written, verbal, and listening.
-Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and proficiently without excess supervision.
-4-40 License (Not required but preferred)
-Speaks English and Spanish fluently.(Preferred)
