Today we’re celebrating Kevin Crawford’s 40th anniversary with Williams/Crawford & Associates. 🎉
Kevin has been part of W/C for 40 of the agency’s 46 years, beginning as an account executive and helping shape the company into what it is today as President, CEO and owner.
Kevin brings a rare combination of creative vision, strategic thinking, strong business instincts and genuine care for the people around him. He has an easygoing way about him, but he is always thinking about what is best for the agency, our clients and our work. He recognizes the strengths in each employee and makes sure those talents are being put to their best use for the clients we serve.
Over four decades, Kevin has built lasting relationships with clients, vendors and community partners throughout the region and beyond. His experience spans brands and industries of every kind, including Taco Bell, Whataburger, 7 Brew, KFC, Sonic, Arby’s, financial institutions, auto dealers, furniture stores, political campaigns and the recently resurrected Fort Smith Air Show.
His leadership has helped guide W/C through decades of change while keeping relationships, good work and sound business at the center of everything we do. And every week, no matter what has been discussed in the staff meeting, Kevin sends us back into the world with the same encouraging words: “To the salt mines.”
Outside the office, Kevin can usually be found on a road bike, a mountain bike or serving as the celebrity chef of his own home.
Kevin, thank you for 40 years of leadership, vision, relationships and commitment to Williams/Crawford. This agency would not be what it is today without you, and we are proud to celebrate this incredible milestone with you.
