The Don Wood Foundation and Questa Education Foundation launched Learn More Earn More to solve a real Midwest problem: too many people feeling trapped in jobs that don’t lead anywhere, even though better-paying careers are closer than they think.

We partnered with them to build a strategy and do branding work that transformed this challenge into a clear, hopeful invitation: you can earn more when you learn more—especially when you can prove it through a credential, apprenticeship, or degree.

We created the campaign’s voice and messaging, built a brand system designed for instant clarity, and created storytelling that blends proof, inspiration, next steps. The result? A big, regional workforce effort feels personal, practical, and doable for the person scrolling at the kitchen table, thinking, “Maybe it’s time.”

We are also thrilled to share that the website earned a Bronze at the 2026 American Advertising Federation Fort Wayne Awards!

Last year, I hired a personal trainer.
