Some days, you’ve just gotta get out of the office and go see something real.

For our annual Day Away (from the office), we toured the Wilson Football Factory—home of a legacy brand that’s been doing it right for generations. They've got precision, craftsmanship and a story worth telling. And honestly? It was pretty inspiring.

We also stopped by the Ohio State Reformatory, the historic site featured in "The Shawshank Redemption."
If you think Western Ohio’s got nothing to see, it might surprise you.

But the best part was time together. The kind you can’t manufacture—that brought our team closer together. The kind that reminds you why chemistry matters.
