I’ve gone back and forth on sharing this… but it felt like time 🤍
Last year stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
After having my second baby in 2024, I felt pulled in a million directions and for the first time in my business, I questioned if I could really do both… motherhood and this level of work well.
I want to say this too, because it matters. I didn’t completely step away.
I was still designing, still serving my clients, still showing up behind the scenes.
But there was a stretch where I wasn’t bringing in new projects… and mentally, I felt really distant from this space.
A lot of that came from imposter syndrome.
Feeling like I didn’t “fit” the version of business I had built before.
And instead of working through it… I kind of just went quiet.
(Plus a broken foot + a full sourdough era in the middle of it all 😅)
But that season taught me something I didn’t expect…
I already had something really, really good.
A business that lets me work from home
Create a flexible schedule
Be present with my girls
And do work I genuinely love
And somehow, I convinced myself it wasn’t enough.
So this season looks a little different.
More intentional
More grounded
More aligned with the life I actually want to live
And that’s what Arc & Olive is moving into too… the whole goal behind my rebrand last year in the first place -
Laid-back luxury, in the real sense of it.
Beautiful, strategic work… without sacrificing the life behind it.
If you’ve been here while I was quiet, thank you.
And if you’re new here, I’m really glad you’re here 🫶🏻
If you’ve been thinking about refreshing your brand or website, this might be your sign to do it in a way that actually supports your life too 🤍
