Last month, Kwedar & Co. founder Lauren Kwedar Cockerell got to hear Dr. Benjamin Hardy speak at an EO Fort Worth event, and then promptly became, in her words, "the human embodiment of the 🀯 emoji."

His new book, The Science of Scaling (co-authored with Blake Erickson), is now on the reading list, and it's not a comfortable read. There is no "perfect way" to run a business. It's yours to build however you want.
That realization took Kwedar & Co. founder Lauren Kwedar Cockerell a few years to land on. Once it did, it unlocked everything for KCo: the culture, the values, the clients, the business model became uniquely ours.
The harder work comes next. Once you've made the plan, you have to actually work it, and resist the urge to chase every shiny new direction before you've given the current one a real chance.
