Scott joined the company in 2016 as an Account Director, quickly rose to VP of Client Success in 2017, and became CEO in 2018. With more than two decades of experience in the marketing and advertising industry dating back to 2003, Scott has helped shape Social Factor into the company it is today through his leadership, vision, and deep understanding of client and audience engagement.

His ability to bring people together, motivate teams, and navigate fast-moving moments has played a huge role in our growth and culture. Whether supporting clients, leading strategy, or pushing innovation forward, Scott consistently leads with authenticity, kindness, and energy.
