Here's what happens to your order after it hits our floor.

It starts in the screen room. Screens get burned, separated out by color, then staged on a cart with the order so nothing gets mixed up on the way to the press.

From there it loads up and runs. Off the press it gets pulled and sent through the oven to cure. Comes out the other side and every piece gets checked by our catchers before it goes into a brand new double wall box.

Then it's on the truck and headed to your customer.

You sell it. We decorate it. Your name is the only one on the job.

Vegas, September 23 to 25.

We'll be at PRINTING United Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth C4317. Blaid will be there all three days.

If you've got a job you've been sitting on, or you just want to know what a contract decorator can actually do for you, come find him. Easier to talk it through in person than trade emails about it for a week.

Booth C4317. See you out there.

The most asked question we get, answered in one take.

Blaid walks the whole DTF line. Print onto film. Adhesive powder. Through the oven to cure. Onto the take-up reel. Cut it down, position it on the garment, press it about 15 seconds, peel.

That's it. That's direct to film.

No screens, no setup charges per color, full color in one pass. It's why DTF has taken over the small-run and multi-color work that used to be a headache to quote.

Your client is about to open a box. Whose name is on it?

Every shipment that leaves here is already blind. Generic stamp, nothing that says Hightech Grafix, nothing that tells your client where it came from. That part has always been true.

Client Branded Labels takes it a step further. Your logo goes right on the shipping label, so the delivery doesn't just hide us, it points at you.

You did the selling. You own the account. The last thing that touches your client should say so.

Send us your logo once and it's on every shipment from there on.

Your order doesn't start at the press. It starts on the dock.

Blaid walks through what happens the moment your blanks arrive. Our shipping manager scans and checks in every single box. Not a pallet count, every box.

From there it moves to the shelves, where the account team locates the order, pulls it, and counts every item in. If it all matches, it gets staged on carts and it's ready for production.

It's the least glamorous part of the building. It's also where most missed deadlines get prevented, because a short shipment caught on the dock is a phone call and a short shipment caught at the press is a blown date.

That's a wrap on SAAC.

Two days on the floor in Long Beach, a lot of good conversations, and a booth to break down. Thanks to everyone who stopped by 731 and talked shop with Blaid.

Next up is PRINTING United Expo, September 23 to 25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We'll be at booth C4317.

Didn't catch us in Long Beach? Catch us in Vegas.

Day one at SAAC and we kept getting the same two questions. So here they are, straight from the floor.

"How fast?" Most orders run 5 to 7 business days.

"What do you actually do?" Screen Printing ◆ Embroidery ◆ Direct to Film (DTF). All of it in-house. All of it contract.

We never touch your customer. You sell, we decorate, and your name is the only one on the box.

One day left. Come find Blaid at Booth 731 before we pack up.

08/12/2026

Doors open in a few minutes.

Booth 731. Blaid's got free tees, and when they're gone they're gone. Come grab one, stay for a real conversation about your next job.

We print, embroider, and press for distributors only. Your client never hears our name. That's the whole point.

Booth 731. See you on the floor.

08/11/2026

Booth's about half up.

Every trade show looks effortless by the time the doors open. Nobody sees the boxes, the banners, or the guy on a ladder an hour before close of setup day making sure the whole thing stands up straight.

Doors open tomorrow at 10. Come see it finished.

Wheels down in Long Beach.

Blaid just got in for the SAAC Expo, and before anybody sets foot on the show floor there's a booth to build. Boxes to open, banners to hang, everything to get standing before doors open Wednesday morning.

This is the part nobody posts. So here it is.

If you're going to be at SAAC this week, come find him. He'd rather talk to you in person than send you an email.
