So, it's unfortunate that this post is even heading to be written, but here we are...

There is another company, Green Flamingo UG or Green Flamingo Limited (they operate under both names) based out of Ireland, that partakes in shady business practices by farming email addresses and information from people. I know this because I'm constantly having to respond to nasty reviews and emails. So, I've done some research on my own and with the help of some really awesome individuals from half way across the world, whom I've never even met in person, but were understanding and empathetic to what I'm having to deal with.

This other company farms information and sends spam emails with prize giveaways and offers. From my understanding, they go as far as asking for cc information when you try to accept or claim they're prizes. If you are here reading this because you thought I was them, heed my advice, do not give them this or any other information.

You should never give your private information to anyone or any company that you don't trust. If you're one of the angry individuals that's receiving these spam emails, it's because you volunteered your email address in exchange for something. Most likely, you filled out a bogus survey on Facebook or through a link you followed from Facebook. Take better care of your information, please!

I'm asking that before you email or call me or write my company a bad review (some of which have wished death on my son, called me scum of the Earth, or "re**rd") do your own due diligence. Know who you are reaching out to and who you are negatively affecting. We may have a similar name as this other company, but our logos are totally different. If you look at this page, I don't even offer email as a service. I'm currently a small, one-man agency based in Fort Worth, Texas in the United States.

I tried to buy greenflamingo.com when I started my company, but it was an empty and parked domain. I didn't have the money as a start up to be able to justify purchasing the domain for thousands of dollars.
