Something is changing at The Design Hub… 👀

Actually, quite a few things.

This year has pushed us to take a hard look at how we work, what we offer, and how we can better serve our customers and our community.

So behind the scenes, we’ve been making moves.
✨ Phase 1 of our new Ambassador Program should be in full swing before the end of the year.
✨ We’re refining our new work request system with a stronger focus on quicker, more consistent turnaround times.
✨ We’re reorganizing the inside of the store to make it less crowded, easier to shop, easier to find what you need, and much more polished.
✨ New displays are coming for your favorite school spirit designs, along with plenty of new additions.
And yes… some of our services will be changing too.

We’re narrowing our focus in a few areas so we can put more time, energy, and resources into the products and services we believe best serve our community. That means some things will look different. Some things will work differently. And some things may surprise you. Every change is being made with one goal in mind: To make The Design Hub better, faster, easier, and more focused than ever before.

We’re not ready to spill everything just yet… but trust us when we say: 2027 is going to look very different around here. 👀
Stay tuned. BIG changes are coming!
