On behalf of the Floboz Design & Print family, we would like to offer our deepest and sincere apologies to Kreshauna Brooks-Rogers of Brooks Memorial Chapel and the family and friends of Dorothy Williams-Wilkins.

Recently we provided services for them and made a printing error that was not caught until after the programs were printed. We immediately corrected the error, the programs were reprinted and we safely discarded the incorrect batch.

It has since been brought to our attention that our discarded programs were retrieved out of the receptacle and disseminated. We in no way intended for this to happen and truly apology to the family and the staff of Brooks Memorial Chapel.

No amount of words can express how deeply we feel. We are actively undergoing a review of our current process and formulating a better and more discrete way of disposing sensitive materials.
