Meet Ashley! 💖

Great creative can grab attention—but getting it in front of the right people, in the right places, at the right time? That’s where Ashley comes in.

As one of FMS’s Media Coordinators, Ashley helps keep the many moving pieces of our media campaigns on track—from planning and placement to tracking, reporting, and making sense of all those numbers. She’s equal parts organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, helping connect the dots so our clients’ creative can do what it was made to do.

But don’t let all that logic fool you—Ashley has a seriously creative side, too. She’s been writing songs and music since she was 8, plays an assortment of instruments, and even has lyrics you can find on Spotify. When she’s not making music, she loves sewing, crafting, and drawing—usually with her cats, Oatmeal and Biscuit, nearby.

We’re so happy Ashley is on the FMS team. She brings a thoughtful, creative energy to everything she does, and makes our media team—and our clients’ work—even stronger.

At FMS, Mike helps align our financial goals with our bigger business strategy — forecasting, budgeting, planning, and guiding us toward growth and stability.

But if you really get to know Mike, you’ll find he’s also a lover of great music and a good joke — and he’s been studying both since he was young.
