We are seeking an Assistant Operator to join our team! Become a Machine Operator in as little as 6 months!

2nd shift 2 pm -10 pm

Responsibilities:

Duties may include:

Feeding machines; material handling utilizing forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
Assist in prepping machines for work orders. Performing quality checks, general clean-up, and general plant duties as assigned.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in the Corrugated Box industry is a plus
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
Knowledge of production tools and equipment
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle physical workload and stand for long periods of time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available for overtime and have excellent attendance.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Load and unload equipment and materials
Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Franksville, WI! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
​Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED required

1-3 years of previous general maintenance and repair experience

Able to read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload (must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 70 lbs.)
