I wanted to let y’all know that I’ll be closed during the month of June. I’ll be traveling out of state to spend some time with my mom, and I’m also taking this opportunity to reset, refocus, and recharge a bit.

If you currently have an order with me — no worries at all! I’m working hard to get everything wrapped up and finished for you very soon.

If you’ve been thinking about placing an order, please reach out as soon as possible so I can get you added to the lineup before I close for the month. I will still be taking orders during this time, but work on new orders will resume in July. I’ll also still be checking emails, messages, and phone calls, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need me.

Welcome back to the Grindstone! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. We want to sincerely thank all of you for your continued support and for allowing us to spend some much-needed time with our family and get some rest so we can better serve you in the new year.

We officially reopen February 2, 2026, and we’re looking forward to all that 2026 has to offer. We can’t wait to hear from you and start creating all the memories and designs you have in mind for us!

📌 Important Updates for 2026 Orders

As the new year begins, we’ll be implementing a few new requirements:

✅ Order Confirmation Required
All orders must be confirmed through:

🗓 Two-Week Notice
We now require a minimum two-week notice on all orders. If you need order rushed, please see below.

💬 Quotes & Expiration
Quotes will include an expiration time. This helps us secure materials and prepare your order to ensure the best possible product.

⚡ Rush Orders
Rush requests will include a $30 rush fee plus any additional cost we face to get materials quickly for order.

🎨 Design Fee
Any submitted idea, general picture, or logo request will be subject to a design fee.
If you do not provide an original .jpeg, .png, or .svg file, a $50 design fee will be added to the invoice and must be paid in advance.

💳 Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in advance, unless other terms are agreed upon before work begins.

🧾 Sales Tax
As a business registered in the State of Oklahoma, we are required to collect Sales Tax.
• Quotes do not include tax
• Tax rate: 10%
• Tax-exempt customers must provide a copy of their state tax-exempt letter

💵 Accepted Payments
• Cash
• Check (with prior approval)

• Credit cards (3% processing fee)

Live out of town, State or need to send as gift? No problem. We offer shipping as well. Rates based on your order. If you need it shipped we can get you a quote that includes shipping.

Grindstone Graphics & Designs will be closed until January 31st, 2026.

If we are currently working on an order that was previously discussed or confirmed, that order will continue as planned. However, we will not be accepting any new orders until the end of January.

We’re taking this time to gear up for the new year so we can bring you our best year yet! We’re excited for what 2026 has in store—new clients, our amazing existing clients, and some new products we may be offering.
