This year was HARD. Everyone's plans, marketing calendars, sales goals, basically everything we base social media strategy off of took a nosedive and we had to reroute. I've never witnessed hustle like I did this year and I'm in awe. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Hi there 💞 it’s been quite the emotional week for all, especially small business owners. With many people being forced to shut their doors, social media is now one of the only ways to communicate & sell to an audience. Here is my advice when it comes to navigating social media for small businesses at this time 👇
- transparency & kindness.
- a conservative pr approach (if you have to think twice about it, don’t post it.)
- create relevancy about what’s going on in the world and your services/products with your audience without reaching too far.
- be prepared to be flexible.
