Hello dear friends,

I have made the decision to take the lead in supporting the Sailors, Marines, and their shipmates who are currently deployed, serving to protect our freedom. These men and women are a part of the United States Navy doing what they do best during their mission, Epic Fury.

I feel deeply called to support these young men and women in a meaningful way—helping to ease both their discomfort and the mental strain that comes with long hours, sleepless nights, and demanding conditions at sea. While we may not be there with them physically, there is something we can do to make a difference.

One simple but powerful way we can help is by easing the pain of cracked and chapped lips caused by constant wind and exposure in the middle of the ocean. Both cracking and even bleeding—and how distracting that pain can be when you’re trying to stay focused on your responsibilities.

Because of this, we are launching “Operation Smooth Sailing” with a goal to support 1,000 Sailors and Marines by providing each of them with this simple, effective solution. 20 plus years ago when I was starting my Mary Kay Career every Thursday night I would host a Pizza 🍕 & Possibilities 💖 Night at my home for my customers and growing unit to share the Mary Kay story. We would have Pizza & Watch a VHS tape 😉called “Your Future is Now” the story of SNSDE Lisa Madson, one of my mentors in MK when she was just starting. Such a privilege to have the honor of celebrating her retirement in Nashville this past week while she was awarded a plaque honoring the amazing achievement she’s earned in her 30+ years in Mary Kay Cosmetics!
