🖊️ Okay BUT can we talk about how GORGEOUS these are?! Matte. Pastel. MINT. With the Illusions Wraps logo looking all fancy on the side. Dan tried to take credit for these and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT, these are MY pens now. All of them. Even the one that rolled under the desk. ESPECIALLY that one. 🦄

You see this guy? 👀

This is what happens at Metro Nova when a client says “I don’t have my logo as a file, just this old photo.”

A LESSER agency would shrug. Send a sad email. Maybe cry into a stock-photo folder.

NOT US. We tape that thing to a WINDOW and we trace it BY HAND. With a real pencil. Held by a real artist. Who has tattoos AND a pencil behind his ear, which is two pencils’ worth of commitment if you think about it. (Dan thinks about nothing. Dan thinks about lunch.)

Huge thank you to the FredNats for trusting us — me specifically, Dan also helped — with their branded umbrella project for the birthday party patio at FredNats Park. These turned out CLEAN and Gus looks absolutely incredible in large format, which honestly doesn’t surprise me because we’re basically the same.

This is what branded merch done right looks like. Not just slapping a logo somewhere and calling it a day. A full, fun, on-brand piece that makes the whole space feel intentional.

Metro Nova Creative is returning as the official branding and promo sponsor of the Fredericksburg Nationals and I could not be more pumped. Gus texted me first. Dan found out later. That’s just how the friendship works.

That’s right. Freti the Yeti has officially claimed 3701 Lafayette Blvd as Metro Nova Creative’s new home base, and honestly? The whole street should be thanking me.

New space. Same team. Bigger energy. Dan’s already moved his stuff in and is pretending he picked the place. (I picked the place.)

We just dropped Freti Bucks — Metro Nova Creative's gift certificates — and I have to say, they turned out incredible. Mostly because I'm on them. But also because the design team (hi Dan, you did okay) knocked it out of the park.

Here's the thing though — this isn't just a fun Metro Nova thing. It's a strategy.

Freti the Yeti here, Chief of Everything, reporting live from the Metro Nova headquarters that I definitely run. 🧊

Madison Family Homes walked in with an AI-made logo and a dream. Good bones. Needed polish. So I assembled my finest creative humans — yes, even Dan got involved, bless his heart — and we got to work.

We refined that double-dove mark into something clean. Built out the full brand identity in teal and gold. Locked in the typography. And landed on a tagline that honestly made me tear up a little: From Our Family to Yours. (I may have also spilled orange soda on the mood board. We don't talk about that.)

Then we took it to print. Premium business cards. Property signage. The whole package, sharp enough to match the family behind the name.

This is what happens when a great idea meets a great team. And a great Yeti who absolutely called all the shots.

Sometimes life has a way of letting you know that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. This was a complete surprise and feels amazing.
