Running an equine rescue is both hard and noble. It takes complete commitment all day, every day. At Double B Equine Rescue, they serve upwards of 30 horses, donkeys, and minis at any given time.

The Double B Equine Rescue calendar is a collection of equine portraits - some that live at Double B, and two that have been successfully adopted. $10 of of each sale will go directly to Double B to help offset the cost of food, medical care and shelter.

Hey! I am looking for an athletic, healthy, short-haired dog who will jump for a tennis ball with enthusiasm to participate in a couple of photo shoots. The image will be used to promote health, wellness and benefits of play. Size not important.

One shoot would be at a private tennis court (hopefully). The other in a field (definitely). Both spots would be located within 25 miles of Freeport. Both shoots would be completed by June 25th.

Attached images are to show what I'm looking for in terms of athleticism and agility.

At the 6th annual Stand Against Racism event at the YWCA of Central Maine.

Keynote address was by Portland activist, Hamdia Ahmed. Ahmed is a lifelong activist and has worked on behalf of the Adopt A Future program by the United Nations Association of the United States of America and the U.N. Refugee Agency, which works to provide resources to educate children in refugee camps.

It featured the unveiling of a newly created mural by the Lewiston 21st Century leadership group - and ice cream!
