We can hardly believe another new year has begun! We want to thank all of our wonderful customers for another amazing year in business--we are so grateful for each and every one of you!
2013 was a year of change for us. We moved our business, which has been an adjustment but well worth the trade-off for our family, as our son is making huge progress in his therapy! We appreciate your understanding of the situation and are happy to announce that despite the rising prices from our suppliers, we will be able to keep the cost of print low in 2014 because of our move. Although the cost of 12-24 shirts will increase, pricing at 25 will stay the same and pricing on higher quantities will actually decrease this year!
As many of you know, we have been booking up quickly (often over a month out!) and are usually operating at a two week turnaround as opposed to our previous one week turnaround. We are doing our best to keep up--we have begun to partner with a contract designer and employ part-time help for deliveries, pick-ups and heat pressing during our busier times. We are also making a few adjustments to our operations in order to keep down the time and costs related to production. Those adjustments are minor, and are outlined below.
STARTING IN 2014:
WE WILL NO LONGER PRINT UNDER 12 ITEMS/DESIGN (THIS INCLUDES REPRINTS, SO PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN SUBMITTING AND CHECKING YOUR ORDERS)
ORDERS REQUESTED WITH LESS THAN A 2 WEEK TURNAROUND WILL INCUR A $50 RUSH FEE PER DESIGN (THIS MEANS THAT WE MUST HAVE ALL SIZES/QUANTITIES AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE REQUESTED PRINT COMPLETION DATE, UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL HAS BEEN GIVEN)
CHANGES MADE TO APPAREL AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN FINALIZED WILL INCUR A $25 ADJUSTMENT FEE TO ACCOMMODATE RUSH SHIPPING/PICK-UP AND ALL RETURN SHIPPING/RESTOCK FEES FROM OUR VENDORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPAREL RETURN WILL APPLY, AS WELL
Please let us know if you have any questions at all! We hope that none of these adjustments will prove to be too big an inconvenience, as most of these things would be irrelevant to 99% of our orders. The hope is that it will streamline things on the small amount of orders that end up being more complicated, so that that 1% of the orders won't take 99% of our time, as can tend to happen. Our goal is, as always, to provide excellent customer service and a great product at a great price. We hope that with these adjustments, we will continue to be able to do so!
