I am not saying we should skip work to go support Latinas and WOC owned businesses, but I am not not saying that 😉

Look, lately, a lot of business owners are unsure how to promote their business on social media. Amiga, you are not alone, I have been feeling like that lately too. What we see on our feed feels heavy, the words feel stuck, and it is hard to know what to say or how to move.

So here is my trick…

On my darkest days, I hold on to my WHY. On my brightest days, I hold to it even harder. My why is the fuel that gets me out of bed so I can pour back into my community.

because who has time to pretend and blend in order to fit into the "box"?

I know I don’t. And definitely not the mujeres/women we work with.

At Hola Luz, we partner with the rule-breakers. The ones who build what’s missing, make their own tables, and then pull up extra chairs for everyone else.

They don’t chase trends. They set them.

They’re done being performative and putting on a show to “fit in”, they’re here to serve their people.
